"Started with a deep purple color- wanted to go back to blonde. Now, I KNEW it would take several sessions to accomplish and I wasn’t expecting to be blonde overnight. However, after a total of 8 hours in the chair and almost $700 spent, the only subtle difference in my hair is less purple. Kris was confident the second full bleach application would create some change, it literally did nothing. $400 that session to have no noticeable results. When I reached out to her about being unhappy with the results and amount spent, Kris never responded. She never offered to fix it, give me a refund, or simply apologize! She felt it more appropriate to completely ignore me."

"Did not do well with long thick hair. When I made the appointment I specifically asked if they have experience with long thick hair and was told yes. I think I might have been her first customer with my type of hair. I asked for long layers and framed face cut and showed her a couple pictures from Pinterest. The gal didn’t really know how to approach the cut in the top layer and then “blended” the top and bottom layer with only a razor. The layers do not show up well or blend because of how much hair I have. Then she told me she couldn’t do more face framing because it looked off from the back. I’m not a hair dresser but I have asked for it before and I had it done from my bangs to the first layer. I am not sure if it was that she was frustrated with my hair but I would have appreciated so much more for her to tell me I don’t know how to approach your type or quantity of hair than going with it. I didn’t say anything because I am pregnant and sensitive so I didn’t want to get upset. I ran to my car and left. It was also the longest haircut of my life. I arrived at 3pm and left past 4:15. Average time for my cuts are about 45 min with wash."
