"The same senior stylist cut my hair for years. I showed her a photo of what I wanted and discussed how I wanted it styled. There were no layers at all, it was longer on one side; much shorter than I wanted & she simply blew it dry with no styling whatsoever. I called to speak to owner with no response from her.I will never use or refer this salon."

"I came in for layers and swoop bangs, the first girl didn't give any layers. So I came back to get it fixed. I asked for layers and I got what Nancy called a Stacked Bob... I didn't ask for Stacked Bob. She said she did touch my length, I can't even put my hair up in braids or hair clip. YES YOU DID TOUCH THE LENGTH!!! And I asked for a full refund they gave me my money back keep the tip, yeah I tipped $10 to get my hair jacked up TWICE!!! Then got blocked on their email. Not only is this not layerd, this ISN'T A STACKED BOB!!! she got all razor happy on my hair. THIS IS B.S. ask for a senior stylist lol the first girl did better than you SENIOR thanks, but no thanks. Will never recommend anyone.. EVER!!!"
