"I came to get a simple haircut and almost got all of my hai chopped off. They tell you they are just going to cut the tips and the cut way more, and they still charge you $20."
"I never had an issue here except today. I got charged $25 for a haircut when I used to pay $16! It wasn’t that great of a haircut for that price. And for that price I should have got my hair washed and my head massaged!! Ridiculous. I understand COVID happened but we’re all struggling here. If there is a major change in pricing I think you should let your customers know beforehand. Never going here again."
