"Very unresponsive and unwilling to listen when you call to express a loved one needs help at them moment and someone to talk to, even clients who have been seeing her for years. When someone calls to express there loved one needs her to call them and she, very rudely, says no she will not, isn't someone I find helpful for anyone. Including those who Are needing help immediately. I find it very damaging and can hurt people lives when she wont reach out to her clients to help. No good here."
