"Sherry or her office have a real problem with returning calls. Even IF ON HOLIDAY, she should check in once a day and fwd instructions to clients regardless, through employees that ARE IN office. Seems she is complascent after the pandemic, and needs to get back to improving communicating with clients again, or RETIRE! Just sayin.....there is no reason weeks have to go by with NO return calls. Nice person, but forgetting who pays her salary. I may change to AARP as a result. Been an agent too long I'd say."
