"Came to to the ER….got a XRay and $7 sling you can buy at Walgreens…. Got a bill for 4k…….lol nice job guys…..way to still be part of the health care problem…. Gauging people without insurance is a crime…. I bet they send a lot of bills to collection at these prices lol"
"Avoid at all cost, they will accept your insurance plan, then reject the agreement between them and the insurance after insurance pays out. After which they will bill you for the full amount "balance billing". Months of trying to get an itemized invoice or some dialog going to work out an agreement has been pointless. It seems like they would rather pay their attorneys then work with patients and the Community. It's crazy that I likely could have flown overseas, taken a week off, had my procedure, still have money left over to tour around, and not have to deal with the stress this dumpster fire. 0/5 stars."
"If I could give 0 I would. I had 3 surgeries at BCH and the first 2 surgeries required a 6 day hospital stay. Not only did nurses complain about other patients in front of me but they also caused me to get bed sores (since my surgeries I wasn't able to move by myself). I could go into more details but I would avoid this hospital at all costs."
"I had a knee replacement in early October. Everyone I came in contact with was caring and professional. I had to stay overnight and all of the nursing staff and assistants were awesome. Thank you. Now I go back in December for my other knee."
"Was in to establish a new PCP relationship after changing insurance. Easy to schedule online, but while waiting several months for my appointment, I requested a more urgent appointment twice due to an acute condition, but got zero response each time. it ended up being something a derm could treat so I went elsewhere, but still, they never even ANSWERED. At the PCP appointment it was fine, doc seemed a bit rushed and the appointment ended abruptly. hopefully I won't have problems like others have with billing and insurance. -1 star for not responding to multiple requests. -1 star because they WILL NOT STOP HOUNDING ME to fill out a survey. I've received at least 5 communications about it over email, text, and postal mail. Really annoying."
