"THE best pediatric dentistry practice my kiddos have ever been to. While the office can be difficult to find without navigation assistance, I have found that there's usually plenty of parking. The office is allergy-free so please don't bring in food. You're happily greeted by their warm and welcoming receptionist. She's professional and accommodating when processing insurance, billing and scheduling. Love her. A play area flanks the waiting area; magazines available for adults and kids. When it's their turn, the dental techs greet the kids and then bring them back to the x-ray room (if they are due). They then perform their cleanings in the kid-friendly chairs; reassuring and informative the entire time. And then finally Dr. Kott examines the kiddos. He's so energetic and interactive with them. They really feel like they are important and are never afraid to ask questions or voice themselves. Unless we are visiting for a specific concern, I really like that the majority of the appointment is focused on the kids and then I am updated at the end. I appreciate that children are prioritized and inturn learn to self-advocate. Parents are always welcome through the process but I have found that over the years, the kids and I have both become more comfortable and I no longer need to be present for every step. Wonderful practice. Couldn't be happier."
