"Dr. Karin Susskind saved my life. Quite literally. She is my primary care physician and during an annual exam she detected a tumor the size of a sesame seed. It was breast cancer, and a few months after she discovered this tumor I had a double mastectomy. Because she found it so early I did not need radiation or any further treatment. I am now cancer free and able to go about my life without constant worry of recurrence. Dr. Susskind is also the pcp for my two sons. She is absolutely the best physician. Not only is she proactive, diligent, and brilliant, she is a warm and delightful person with empathy and compassion for all of her patients. I am so grateful she is my doctor. She's the absolute best."

"I've been going to her for about a year now and I really like her as a doctor and person, and her team is awesome too. BUT, they make it nearly impossible to get in contact with them. On the weekends they turn off voicemails and during the week you have to have a job where you can answer the phone or else you can never talk to them (I can only call out and to do that I have to first call their location, then a receptionist who will forward me, but since they are with patients nobody can answer). It is incredibly frustrating. One of her team left me a VM with questions but I have no way to answer them. I don't think they even have email either :(. I am about to just give up on the whole thing and I guess I will talk to them in a year at my yearly appointment. I wish the American medical system had more "care" in it."
