"Do you know that feeling of contentment after an absolutely superb meal? I'm still riding that wave after our incredible dinner at AJ’s Pit Bar-B-Q Steakhouse . From the Parkerhouse rolls with beef tallow compound butter, to the bone marrow + sourdough, to the cowboy cut ribeyes — prepared to a perfect medium, to the fingerling mashed potatoes and the deliciously seasoned broccolini, to the desserts: pure satisfaction! Oh, and let's mention the service — we had a knowledgeable, entertaining, and timely server with a great support staff! The atmosphere was amazing as well, with an awesome vinyl selection. The food, service, and atmosphere are second to none. Absolutely, a 5-Star experience from start to finish. Without a doubt, best steakhouse in Denver!"

"Despite a few hiccups, we had a great night. They smoke their steaks briefly at their BBQ joint, then sous vide them here before searing them in a high temperature oven. The result is fantastic. The NY strip was served bone in and cooked perfectly. The mac and cheese had more gouda and less truffle than the bbq spot version. Charred broccolini was fantastic. The marrow was decadent, with a surprisingly large portion; the sourdough that accompanied it had a nice char on it. Come to think of it, other than the Mac and cheese, everything had a nice char, including the Caeser salad. Cocktails were great. Their bartender clearly knows what they're doing. The only complaint is minor, but worth noting. The service isn't up to white tablecloth standard quite yet. Hopefully they find their footing soon."

"Second day open and they exceeded expectations. We had the grilled Caesar’s salad, bone marrow with grilled sourdough, porterhouse for 2 with truffle butter, tallow butter, and wine mushroom sauce. Followed with lemon meringue pie and dealer’s choice cocktails. EJ is awesome behind bar and a manager. Go before everyone else discovers them."

"Wow! What an experience. Exceeded my expectations. I had the filet, medium rare. It was outstanding. I'll put it in my top three steaks of all time. It was that good. Also had the truffle mac-n-cheese, delicious. Tried bone marrow for the first time. That was cool! And for dessert we had chocolate cake and the corn pie. Both were excellent. The atmosphere is fun including the record player at the entrance playing music. Service was beyond expectations too. Definitely recommend and definitely want to come back."
