"All State denied my hail damage claim for my roof despite all my neighbors getting theirs approved. I would not recommend this company to anyone after my experience. You just never know when mother nature is going to strike. Most definitely will be switching to a better insurance company."

They didn’t get a paper signed when I signed up with them and then blamed me for not coming into the office to do sign up paperwork. Their office is 7 hours away from me. I wish I had never done business with them. I will be switching insurance providers to someone more local to me very soon."

"Bought a house in Aurora from out of state. Had to quickly decide on home owner's insurance and Allstate seemed to be the cheapest. Purchased a used car locally as well and soon brought two cars into town and signed them all up with Allstate for the big discount. Agency was unresponsive, took 6 months of monthly trying to change my mailing address. Premium charges changed monthly but I could not get them to tell me why. 1-800 support is better than the Wettstein agency but nobody could really answer my questions or change my address. Finally went to agency in person during Covid. Support staff sitting around laughing, all they could do was print out the same garbage I could get on line. Told me it was not possible to break out charges or premiums by vehicle. Went to State Farm and it has been a cheaper and much more responsive experience. Don't know why I waited 9 months to switch."
