"1. they lied about my home coverage 2. they put me into a low mileage auto plan and when I stated I could not keep under the mileage I was told "it doesn't matter if over the period you go over"  It did matter, I was charged an extra 75-130 a month which is ridiculous. 3. Agent refused to respond to my calls about a home claim 4. Agent refused to respond to emails and calls regarding switch auto plan.  After 6 days of no return calls or emails I asked for help and one of the owners Matt was completely unprofessional.  4.  The owner Matt, called to yell at call me names because I asked to switch plans.  5.  I filed my own claim because they refused to.   My experience was Terrible. I switched companies and saved hundreds a month with better coverage."
