In the beginning there was an issue that needed attention and Pamela De La Cruz my agent, jumped on it and was in touch with me both by phone and email until it was resolved. I'm impressed that after my policy purchase, I've not been told to call customer service for any other questions or concerns. Pamela is my contact Agent any time I need to contact Farmers. You have a loyal customer in me. Thanks! Update: August 2023 I locked my keys and cellphone in my car! I had to call a local locksmith to open the car door. He gave me a receipt and said I could submit it to my insurance company for reimbursement. I did and Pamela responded right away. I received my reimbursement promptly and had choices of how I could receive it. By mail, by my debit card, or directly to my bank account. It was a simple process. I chose by debit card and received my reimbursement in minutes! Thank you, Pamela for taking care of me every time I need you! You are an Agent Extraordinaire!"

I am not a person who has the best driving record so they've been super affordable very friendly, very helpful and I would definitely recommend them to anybody who is having a hard time trying to find insurance.
