I will never use allstate again and I will never recommend this company to anyone."

They would not call back to messages I had left or questions I had. One day my home insurance premium was doubled! I called them several time and finally they responded saying because of the location my home is in, it is impacted by other peoples claims in Denver area. So switched to Costco, and their rates are great and are very responsive. Worst thing about K.D. Sakraida Allstate is now they call me everyday and leave messages to get me back as their customer.
