Farmers Insurance - Eric Davis

"I have been with Bristol insurance through farmers for a couple years however when my new policy was coming due I noticed a significant increase with my policy I was dealing with Kim which told me she would see if there was anything she could do, I never got a return call so I started calling other companies I found a company that was much more affordable so I called Kim and told her I didn't wish to renew my policy explaining to her I found a new company I would be going with, she said alright and the conversation ended, well over the past few months I got calls from Kim saying I haven't paid my bill I tell her over and over with each call "I canceled my policy " each time she says oh I will take care of this the next thing Iknow I'm getting a notice from a collection company, I call and leave a message, no return call of course. So I call when they are open Kim tells me I still owed money from the policy before I canceled, why was I never told this when she called the numerous times she has called the past few months who knows? Now they expect me to pay money that I was never told was missing before, if you do business with this company keep track of all your records because they will screw you over"
