"I attend this location for Colorado treatment services and they have helped in so many ways to clean up my life, receive counseling, find work opportunity and coach me along the way to become an active member of the community and help others to do the same. The people who run the place should all be making e times whatever they make now! Selfless and caring people restoring hope into lives of so many people!"
"This place has literally saved my life in so many ways!!!! I will forever be eternally thankful & grateful to all the wonderful counselors, nurse's, doctors, an even the two front desk receptionist are pretty great. Tammy & Klarissa are so awesome they've always taken care of me. Thanks to all yall at CTS."
"This place saved my life! Being in a methadone treatment facility isn't for everyone, but it works for my husband and myself! Changed our lives for the better!"
"I was added to their wait-list in October 2022, and was told the wait was 1-2 months. After three months of waiting, I finally followed up because I hadn't heard from them. I was informed that my case was declined in September 2022, a week and a half before I ever spoke to the organization. I will update this review if and when Shawntel decides to be clear about what's going on."
"My children and i were forced to come to this place in November 2020. Not only have they not given me the records I have requested MULTIPLE TIMES THIS YEAR for my children, but my children have also been thrown from "therapist" to "therapist" 5 or 6 times in LESS THAN A YEAR, half of them never even notifying me of the switch. My children were diagnosed with ptsd and adjustment disorder and the fact that they don't take that into account when they are sending them to someone new every other month is so so so unsafe for my kids mental health. The unprofessionalism BLOWS MY MIND. Their current "therapist" whom I've never even met, told me to drop my children off alone without me after I had received an email about suspending services,, and told me not to come.. Absolutely not.. they do not care about building children's trust and then breaking it by their ridiculous employee turnover rate. They do not care about my children's mental health nor the delicate situation we are in. If I could give them zero stars I would. Stay FAR away from this place!!"
