Starbucks

"This is my favorite Starbucks by far. I work close and go there waaaaay too much and have never had a bad experience. No matter who's at the window they're always SO nice and friendly. Any order errors have been my own. Would recommend to anyone and everyone."

"Went to this location with my daughter during the evening after grocery shopping. When we walked in two of the workers did not greet or at least say someone will be with you. We waited about 5 minutes not sure who was going to take our order. Someone eventually came from the back an took our order. We ordered two double choc chip frappe. We waited nearly 20 minutes. While waiting one of the girls making the drinks kept slamming the blender device in the sink barely rinsing in between orders it was very tense. I ended up throwing my drink away because it tasted like rotten milk I had a strong feeling I would end up sick.. Im not surprised because I saw the milk sitting out my whole time in there. I could imagine this going on all day an the milk not being fresh.I waisted a whole chunk of my evening and money to end up with nothing. I should have just went to the location inside King Soopers."

"I like this location because it’s right near my place of residence. I go in to get homework done if I’m not working, and order me a Grande Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso with a cheese danish. They always make my drink on point and have my order ready if I order mobile. Most of the staff is nice, haven’t had a bad experience with a staff member and I hope it remains that way. The only hiccup I have had here was when I went inside to chillax my drink order was on time but I waited 15 minutes longer for my cheese danish. I was informed it was given to drive thru. Luckily I had no errands otherwise I would’ve been heated and requested a refund. I received my cheese danish. Oh and whoever put this Starbucks here should’ve thought about the parking and congestion at peak hours because yikes!!!"

"This Starbucks had a recent high price increase and the staff are obviously not having fun anymore (not their fault don’t punish them). I expect to see high turnover and a lot of new faces here. I used to like this Starbucks for my morning coffee. Not anymore. Besides the poorly engineered parking lot during rush… The staff have always been friendly, and used to look like they were having fun crunching the rush. Now the staff look like they hate their jobs. I don’t know what has happened recently, but the staff is just getting crushed and they look so upset and unhappy. It’s obviously new management. The latest price hike also pushed me away. Starbucks is too expensive, they might treat their employees terribly (reading the news) and I am stuck behind customers who are taking forever to order cake pops and microwaved breakfast sandwiches. Their answer to this is to use their app and not interact with the baristas. Their answer to this is that you can just come in and pick up your drink and you won’t have to talk or interact with them. I playfully asked them why their coffee was so expensive now, they said I should get the app to save money. I shouldn’t have to download an app not to be overcharged. My basic morning coffee with a shot should not cost $7-8. Goodbye Starbucks."
