"Get corporate in here to help with training ASAP. I went in Target today and on my way out ordered a tall Emperor’s Cloud hot green tea and grande cold brew. They informed me that they didn’t have cold brew but could do an iced coffee then did the longest run around for the green tea. First grabbing cold tea, I restated I was wanting hot, they then couldn’t decipher between any of the hot tea options. The three people working grabbed an Emperor’s Cloud and started to make it. I re-asked if it was green tea, they seemed confused but said “yes, it’s Emperor’s Cloud green tea”, then I paid for just that drink because I did not want the iced coffee. When I finally got the tea, it was not correct at all. I’m all for understanding inventory shortages that are out of your control but simply not knowing your product… especially when it’s the most basic offering of tea is very frustrating. Will and would recommend avoiding this location until they figure out training."

"I will never shop at this Target location again. I stopped in on my way from home and went to the Starbucks for my usual beverage. I was charged $1.00 more for my drink there then at any other Starbucks store. I was told it's because I order my iced tea with no added water. I've been ordering this same drink for many years at many different locations daily and have NEVER been charged extra. Not worth the stop into this store. I'll take my business elsewhere."
