"My husband and I went through the drive thru and the person at the window made a mistake and charged us for the wrong order. I understand that mistakes happen, but the way Tyler treated us was unacceptable. His lack of apology and his condescending tone/attitude was definitely not appreciated. I encourage further customer service training for this individual."

"Went to the drive thru to order one frap. Waited in line for 6 mins before ordering. Then it was my turn. I waited in line another 15 mins to get to the window. Cashier didn't even apologize for the wait. I asked her what was up and she said someone changed their hot drinks to iced ones. Why didn't they tell that person to park and wait for their for their drinks? Held up the line for nothing. Very rude. Won't visit this location again. One by Walmart is so much faster and their employees are nice. By the time I got to the window my frozen drink was melting. Save yourself the hold up and go to another location."

"BEST STARBUCKS - out of my 10+ years buying Starbucks, this Starbucks is the most friendliest- most vibe-full atmosphere. Valorie (I apologize if I spelled your name wrong) was so sweet and Marjorie had the most spectacular recommendations— the whole team here is treated well, so they treat their customers well. Absolutely will be stopping by this Starbucks ALWAYS! Thank you Team- for the best!"
