"I accidentally placed an order for the store that was near this store. I also had a receipt of my order. The Window barista was not sympathetic at all and said I could drive down the street to pick it up since I was already in the car or pay for another order. So I paid for en entire new order and lost the stars that I had used. I work in customer service and it was disappointing that they could make no accommodation other than me spending more money."

This particular branch, though, does make a unique impression due to its exceptionally amicable staff. They appear to be calm, attentive, and, notably, content with their roles, even when the day is drawing to a close! Therefore, a round of applause is in order for their manager who has successfully fostered such a commendable team. Engaging with the broad spectrum of the public can be rather challenging, so kudos to these folks for demonstrating such admirable resilience!"
