"After a day spent meandering around the Garden of the Gods and Manitou Springs, we were hungry for some delicious Mexican food. While we didn’t get super delicious Mexican food at The Loop, we did enjoy delicious churros at the end. (They’re filled with custard, and they’re served with chocolate sauce, caramel, and cinnamon butter.) Our server, Grace, was full of life and kindness, as was the guy (busboy?) helping her. Overall, our experience was satisfactory, but everyone in our party of seven agreed that the food wasn’t great. I live in Arizona, the land of delicious Mexican food, so I may be a little too snooty about this south-of-the-border subject."
"I picked this place to celebrate my birthday and I'm so glad I did. This was our first time here, and the service and food did not disappoint! My husband loved his tacos and my daughter, and I thought the Macho Burrito sounded good. I never order that much! OMG It was not only huge, but there was a separate plate with the tempura veggies, dipping sauces, and borracho beans! Our waiter, Vinny, was awesome and even brought me sopapillas for the occasion. We will go back, but I won't be ordering that gigantic burrito again! Ha ha"
"The town was busy but five of us were seated quickly. They seemed understaffed (like everywhere today) and our waiter was running around like crazy. We were brought chips, salsa and water fairly quickly. The salsa was delicious but spicy. The chips and salsa were never ending. Once we were able to order, it did not take too long for drinks and food. Reviews between the meals varied, but overall everyone thought the food was good. Based on our experience, we would come back and recommend The Loop if you're in town."
"Loooove the food, my partner and I visit here from the springs anytime we want Mexican food. I had the street enchiladas and they had amazing flavor and a great option for no meat. My partner did the pick 2 B taco and tamale And they were also very good. HIGHLY recommend the white queso with flour tortillas :)"
"The perfect spot! Positioned right in town, The Loop is great for any time of the day with a menu full of Mexican delicacies! The quantities were large- which was fair considering the price of some of the entrees, however the taste did not disappoint! I’d recommend The Loop for anyone strolling around Manitou Springs, looking for a bite of Mexican!"
