"Pure quality and good service"

"My family was traveling through town and decided to stop in Co Spgs to shop for boots my daughter wanted. The store obviously had quality product, but really nothing quite like what my very young daughter had in mind. The store owner was helpful, attentive, and ran a clean and tidy establishment. When it became apparent that we might be better served elsewhere, he proactively offered us some suggestions where to shop and provided directions. We took his advice, found some boots for her elsewhere, and left town happy. When a store owner puts in the effort to see that you're satisfied, EVEN IF NOT WITHIN HIS STORE, that's a display of character or good business, and in this case I'm guessing it was both. I told my as we left the city to head west that I was going to go back there, by a really nice pair of boots for myself, regardless of the cost. She agreed. I'm looking forward to our next trip through the city so I can make good on this. Great store, great ownership, great help. I'm assuming everyone can buy with confidence at Linkon West."
