"I really wanted to love this shop because they sell great products. The main problem is their return policy that only offers store credit. Even if the item is brand new, returned within a week, or within an hour. I get that returns can be abused in retail, but it's frustrating that the owner has decided to offload that risk onto the customer. It makes everything I buy there a risk, and i'm not really interested in floating the shop cash either. Overall just not the customer experience im looking for."

If you are complaining about that, or why lots of the pieces here don't have prices marked, you aren't the target market and you should head on over to J Crew or Eddie Bauer in the mall. Yes, Eli is a no nonsense guy, I would be too if I ran a shop in a highly gentrified neighborhood with a bunch of complainers coming in all the time... Now if these things don't bother you, congratulations - you have local access to some of the most well made and sought after clothing money can buy, perfectly curated so that you can take just about anything off the shelf and its an instant banger outfit."
