"Update: received a called from the assistant store manager Efran who was very nice and completely open to helping resolve the issue and at least get me something to replace the defective product. I appreciate and value the customer service. I've updated the rating on this post. Previpus: Product is poor quality and they don't stand behind it. Bought a pair of $43 jeans in September that ripped in December and they wouldn't do anything to either replace or give a minor store credit. The rip was not along the seam, but in the middle of the fabric. Poor quality materials, not worth the money. Staff was not helpful. Manager still has yet to respond even though I left my number."

"I'm not sure why there are bad reviews on this store. When I went in the store the staff greeted me and checked up on me frequently. The staff seemed happy to help and even offered to special order an item for me. I would highly recommend this store if you are looking for Calvin Klein fits, there is always a great deal to be given."

"I went in today and was totally ignored. When the I was finally helped, it felt very short handed and dismissed. I had high hopes for this location and the assistant manager. Hope they can improve for future customers."

"Cashier was very friendly. I had seen what I wanted to buy online, and I found it almost immediately after walking in store. She was helpful while checking out. Plan to return to this location in a couple days."

"Couldn’t make a return because there was no manager on duty. There should always be someone with authorization in the store at all times. Our cashier was very nice and understanding and there was nothing she could do because their was no manager there in the store or answering her calls. We live far and the cashier said the managers won’t be in until the next day. We couldn’t return the next day because we don’t live in the city. Horrible Management."
