"Not the best experience even to just pick up an order. The pick up email stated to walk in the store and ask any associate to grab your order for you, so that’s what I attempted to do. I attempted to ask two separate employees about getting my order and both of them completely ignored me and walked right past me. I was so embarrassed I wanted to just walk out and leave the order, only reason I didn’t is because it was part of a gift it would be to short notice to try and find something new elsewhere. Definitely won’t be going back though. Not worth the bad customer service."

"I would leave negative stars if I could. Worst customer service. I called to inquire if my pickup order went through. I placed the order at 8am Saturday 9/9 before the store opened. I called around 1pm in the afternoon and after being disconnected and calling back, I was told the order was still in the queue and had not been pulled. I never received an email about whether or not my order was ready… I am not going to get it, but just wanted to point out it’s Wednesday 9/12 and I still never receive an email."

"My daughter and I went to Cherry Creek shopping mall over Labor Day weekend. I went into Anthropologie to look at the sale items. The sale area is shoved into a narrow area towards the back. There are items hanging on both walls in this area. There is barely enough space to have a person looking at one rack and another looking at the opposite side. I had picked three items to try on. Once trying them one there was a flaw on each one due to either being dirty or a rip. I mentioned the flaws to the salesperson working in the dressing room and she said that's probably why they are on sale. I thought that was a poor response. Needless to say I walked out without buying anything. I had been to this store in the past during special sale events and they would have the items displayed on regular racks at the back of the store but there was room for people to browse and look through the different items."

"I had the extreme displeasure of visiting this store about 10 minutes ago. I have type one diabetes and was fighting off a low while in the store and was drinking a juice box to do this. An employee came up to me to ask how I was doing, saw my juice and said in the nastiest tone of voice “awww look at your cute little juice box” and loudly laughed in my face. I am currently in the food court drinking something else with sugar because I’m shaking and dizzy and I cannot stop thinking about how rude that employee was. I hope that employee understands that people have invisible illnesses and when you see someone doing something out of the ordinary it’s likely for a reason. She had her hair pulled into a top bun-unfortunately that’s the only identifier for her that I can remember."
