"Misty was absolutely amazing! She was very informative and honest with me. I truly hope to be working with her more in the future!"
"As much as I love the area and the inside of these buildings. They don’t know how to keep hot water in their buildings… From Nov.9th-Nov15th | Dec.18th-Dec. 20th | to now Dec 29th. to whoever knows how long!!!"
"Easy application process, easy move in. Large elevators makes it easy for moving large furniture upstairs. Spacious closets, high ceilings, plenty of storage, large laundry room… we have no complaints. Spoke with office about our stinky washer on our third day here and maintenance delivered a brand new one hours later. Great experience so far. Updating to say these units would be much better if they had central ac instead of these loud, smelly, inefficient wall mount units. Otherwise a month into living here, we’re still completely satisfied!"
"When I initially moved in, living at Eagle Crest was spectacular. It was nice and quiet, my neighbors respectful, and the apartment itself was quite nice. Shane was very easy to get a hold of, and was good about returning/answering phone calls. On top of that, she actually showed up to the office during the hours posted. It was very sad when she left. Unfortunately, that's where the pros list ends. When I moved in, the apartment had not been professionally cleaned. There was dirt all over the floor, holes in the carpet and hardwood, mystery substances in the fridge and freezer, amongst other things. After bringing this up, a cleaning crew was supposedly sent over, but there was still dirt on the floor when I moved in. Flash forward to the disaster that was my struggle to move out. I had called the leasing office repeatedly. For months. None of my phone calls were returned. I had stopped in multiple times before finally someone was in the office. Originally, I had hoped to sign another lease. That plan was quickly thrown out the window. My official move out date was set for the end of the following two months. Before I knew it, it was time to start scheduling the final walk-through and to turn my keys in. So I called, and called, and called. I went into the office, over and over and over. My official move out date came and went without a single sight or word from anyone. Finally, a couple days later, I got a call back. Aside from the rudeness, I was told I should have just left my keys in an unattended, unlocked apartment, for which I was still entirely responsible for. Aside from that, I was also mistakenly charged for 8 days of additional rent. Over the phone, we had settled that these charges were indeed a mistake, however, they remained on my account. The lady had also mentioned that if I "really wanted to turn my keys in, in person," I could bring them to the Bluffs leasing office. Two days later, when I had time off of work, I went. There was no one in the leasing office, and so I called and left a voicemail stating that I had left my keys in the drop box, and I really needed to speak to someone. A little while later, I actually got a call back (miracles do happen). I learned that the lady I had spoken with over the phone had decided to keep the charges on my account until I had returned my keys, and that she would take them off after she picked the keys up. This was never priorly communicated to me. Save your time and money, and rent somewhere else for the sake of your sanity."
"My husband and I really enjoyed living here at Eagle Crest. It was always quiet and the neighbors were so kind. The office staff was helpful and when they weren’t in office, they were good at returning my calls promptly. Shane who worked in the office was the best! If we ever ended up moving back to Williston, we would definitely stay here again."
