"I have lived in this apartment for 9 years. I love my apartment. It's centrally located and has central heat and air. It is a smaller community of 3 buildings with 12 apartments each, which means no over crowding or over abundance of noise. Best of all, each unit comes with a garage. Maintenance is quick to fix any issues. After living in my apartment for 9 years, the only issues I have had were a couple years ago the building settled and my ac leaked in my hallway, it was immediately fixed. More recently I had an issue with a burner on the stove and my dishwasher and they were immediately fixed. The complex is pet friendly and we know our neighbors, which means that packages left in the hall stay there :) all in all, while I could certainly go to another complex that has amenities, I prefer Phoenix Ridge because it's not crowded and it's a small community."
