"Fraudulent billing practices. I was a resident for 2 years and I left with a $0 balance. I am currently getting bothered by a collections company because Regency retroactively “raised” my rent $100/month, after I left. That means Regency deducted the additional $100/month, that I never owed, as an expense to pay less in taxes. So Regency gets to get away with tax fraud and I have to deal with a bogus collections claim. Disgraceful business."
