"I was told today, around 4, that the bathroom is out of order. Yet, no one knew where I could go. I'm 73, many shoppers there are older. I had to drive to McDonald's, and then back. They all lied and I was in dire straits. Hmm where could I go to buy warn and use the bathroom??"

"Where I go for all my knitting and sewing needs. All kinds of awesome yarn (although I wish they would bring back BigTwist premium). They have awesome coupons on the Joann's app. The staff is always wonderful and helpful."

She helped me look, and look up the item because the information I was given previously was incorrect. She went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me figure it out. "Completed a transaction & asked to use the bathroom. Was told the bathroom closes at 5pm, but the store is open until 8pm. Closing the bathroom to paying customers 3 hours before closing is an obscene business practice. Heaven forbid you come by after work for some yarn and have the audacity to need to use the bathroom!"

"Love the store but the manager and some of the employees are extremely rude. Don’t you there asking for the bathroom an hour before closing because they get pretty upset mainly because they have already cleaned them up and closed them for the public AN HOUR before closing (my toddler needed to go)."
