"Staff here is very cold and unhelpful. They stood around while I patently waited for them to move out of the area of shirts I was trying to reach. They all looked at me before turning back to their conversation. The girl at the register spent a good 10 minutes just talking to the people in line in front of me, not making any effort to ring them out to get through the line behind them. Instead she kept suggesting other things for them to buy!!! When she finally rang them up and got to me, another associate immediately came to assist others behind me. It was so bizarre! And then she tried to argue with me about rewards which whatever, they must’ve updated it since I last shopped, no big deal! But there’s a right and wrong way to correct a customer and “you’re simply wrong” isn’t it. Would rather drive to citadel mall or even up to park than go to this Spencer’s."

"they left ink tag on had to drive an hour back to get it removed and they couldnt even offer free shirt for my troubles lousy service going to hot topic from now on"

"had a gift that i needed to exchange, had a horrible experience. the so called "manager" who was helping me was not friendly at all. she doesnt even know how to smile i guess. and when i was waiting at the checkout she was just watching every move i made. like chill out im not going to steal a pin. maybe your jobs would be more enjoyable if you ever learned how to smile or treat people respectfully."

"The staff here were not friendly at all they didn't even greet us when we walked in. They sure did watch every single move we made though, I did not buy anything because they did not have anything for a 21st birthday! The selection definitely seemed more limited than the other Spencer's in Citadel Mall. Next time I'm looking for a unique gift I'll probably head to the Citadel over the Chapel Hills Spencer's store."

"It's not bad, but kind of tiny. Honestly the store is sorry of a cluster. It still sells petty much the exact same thing as 15 years ago when i used to go there everyday, just swap out with modern people on about a third of it. I mean they still sell some items that i wonder if they are literally the same exact one as 15 years ago its been available so long."
