"I called Valient and spoke with a lady who gathered some basic details and then after learning about what my issues with my Nest thermostat were, she transferred me right away with the technician, Zach. He then told me right up front the cost for coming over to check everything out and was able to make it same day. He was extremely professional and efficient when he came and walked me through all of his findings and answered all my questions and concerns so that I completely understood the problem. "I recently had a new furnace installed by another company. It was not vented properly and was exhausting toxic fumes into my house. Needless to say this was extremely dangerous and frustrating. I called Valiant, who I found with a google search. Zach from Valiant came over and did an amazing job assessing the situation and quickly knew how to fix the ventilation. Side note, Xcel energy came and shut my furnace down due to the improper venting, and Zach had me up and running within the next hour or so.
