"WOW, I feel like this level of honesty and quality is what is missing these days. I have been using Gary's for the last 3 years and they never stop impressing me. When I have a issue with one of my vehicles they are able to get it in quickly. I appreciate the full vehicle inspection that occurs but I don't feel pressure to fix stuff that is not necessary. In fact many times I have asked their opinion for the best direction to go for what we use the vehicles for and feel like I get an honest answer. I really enjoy speaking directly with the mechanic that is doing the work and not some shop supervisor that is giving me information 3rd hand. At Gary's I am often shown the difference in quality of parts they use and I am able to form my own opinion of what should be done. I recently moved 2 hours away and feel the commute to have Gary's maintain our vehicles is still well worth it.
