"The whole place is a bit disorganized. There is no clear signage from the road directing to sales vs service. FYI if the front of the building faces the Havana, sales is the left side and service is on the right side. Sales directed me to service but didn't say that I needed to pull directly up to one of the garage doors to be helped. Once in the service area. I was passed off multiple times. No one seemed happy to be there, happy to see me, or even to help me. Things might have been helped if I was asked if I had been in before or if this was my first time. Since it was my first time a process explanation would have been helpful. Once helped the work was completed very quickly."
"I almost always get my vehicles serviced here. Friendly staff, when you can actually get ahold of them - they stay busy for good reason. It's usually just a scheduled service that I take our cars for, but we had an issue I couldn't figure out and was prepared to spend some shop time there getting it fixed. It ended up not being an issue with the car, so they fixed the problem and didn't even charge me the shop fee. Was in and out quickly feeling good about taking it to them. Scheduling can be an issue, talking to techs can be an issue, but they're straight shooters and treat their patrons fairly and very well."
"Excellent service ,friendly staff , Justin was a very great help to me in the service department. I didn't buy my truck there, but Justin and the mechanic who installed after market items on my truck did outstanding service. I can only state ,I'll keep going back for anything I need. Quick service and I was even allowed to use their shuttle service to take me home at no extra charge. Very clean place. Oh , when I did wait , they have a awesome waiting room and when I asked of a good breakfast spot to eat , they provided that too. I'm a customer for life here."
