"24/7 Restoration really came through with our water leak! Yair was at our house in less than 30 minutes after our initial call, and he had a crew come out to start mitigation in about 2 hours. They have been very communicative throughout the whole week that we had fans and the 24/7 crew coming and going. Without hesitation Yair met, with short notice, our Insurance Adjuster and worked with them and answered all the questions they had about the mitigation that occurred. We received follow-up emails every evening, from Zach, after work had been done to our house, and constant communication about next steps and where we were in the process were constantly communicated by Zach and Yair! "We had a frozen pipe that broke allowing water to proceed to fill our living area in basement. This occurred while we were in Mexico. Upon contacting them regarding our situation they were at our home within an hour to begin process of mitigation. There communication each day while we were still on vacation was a blessing as to what they were doing. They were very knowledgeable and thorough throughout the entire process.
