"Prompt (same day service for our broken furnace on a Sunday!). All staff and techs were friendly, respectful and professional. Our new furnace was in the next day and works wonderfully. We appreciated the space heaters for the previous day, and the return service to put on the CO2 detectors. I took 1 star only because we were not provided an itemized invoice when we asked for one because we had questions over the permit cost. While Heart assured us we were not inappropriately charged for the permit, I was surprised that they would or could not furnish an itemized invoice with the costs broken out, but it appears that is a common business practice not to do so. Overall, I am a happy customer and would recommend Heart."

"Darryl was very professional and was very happy to switch out my tub spout to divert water to my shower. He explained the replacement process and gave me all options and told me they would be able to give me additional discounts because I am a first responder. He was quick and precise. "Fantastic service by this company. Marc Zeno was the technician who performed my annual maintenance service. Marc was very personable and when he arrived I showed him around the house to familiarize him with the layout of where everything was. He was very detailed in his maintenance routine down with the furnace and then outside with the AC unit. Upon completion, Marc showed me a few things that will help with efficiency and airflow in the home. Some great pointers. The one thing I liked and appreciated about Marc was he never put huge pressure on me to purchase add ons. He mentioned a few things and how they could be helpful and that was it. I will definitely keep doing business with Heart and will request Marc for future needs."

"Heart is incredible. I will use them for ANY project that I have related to heat, AC, plumbing & electric. They did it all. Our AC gave out at the end of summer, so it needed to be replaced. At the same time, I figured that with the aging furnace, aging water heater, and badly set up electric in my garage, that it was time. They came out and did everything in probably, about 16-18 hours total, over the course of two days. They had multiple people on the job (Shane & Justin - installers, Beau on electrical, Ruben as project lead / other roles as well). These guys got it DONE. Everything is taken care of. I have a brand new HVAC system, completely upgraded garage electrical, and new water heater. It was a better price than other place I was quoted and I felt really comfortable with each and every one of their employees. Great Great GREAT work. Highly recommend. Shop around, sure, but I highly recommend landing your decision with Heart!"
