"So great!! will give you an price estimate over the phone so you know what you might be getting into, then they send Carlos who does a bang up awesome job (and explains everything) and then you end up paying less than you thought you would from the quote! I had gotten used to Bel Air and affordable plumbing where they won’t quote you anything, they have a trip fee so when they overcharge you for the work, you’re tempted to pay it because you already have that sunk cost. Plumbers near me was fantastic to work with and did none of those shenanigans."
