"Have worked w/ Master Rooter twice now in the past few months and wanted to commend them for their excellent service. We recently rented our condo and had two separate issues come up, both over a weekend. I started by calling the Rooter service listed w/ our HOA, but they were too busy. So I did a quick Google search and got someone at Master Rooter immediately. They had to send someone to Durango from Bayfield, but it took no longer than 1 hour and they were on the scene. We worked with the same tech both times -- Andrew -- who was extremely helpful and professional, as was the woman who took my call each time. A great small, local business in our area, especially if you're having plumbing issues and need someone immediately! They got the job done effectively and efficiently.
