"I’m new to the area and didn’t know who to trust when my truck was making squeaky and grinding noises, but the reviews here were pretty good so I went. I told them the issue and said I thought it was the brakes and the sound was coming from the front passenger brake. They said they couldn’t find anything wrong but they cleaned up the brake and the noise was gone. 20 minutes down the road I learned the noise was not gone. I took it back the next day and after they looked a second time they said I needed rear wheel bearings…....... I contacted my warranty company and they told me to get it diagnosed at the GM dealer in Durango (which I didn't know existed). The GM dealer fixed it within an hour: the front passenger brake pad plate was loose and contacting the rotor on turns, and there was nothing wrong with the wheel bearings. So not only did America’s not fix my simple issue after two attempts, but they also grossly misdiagnosed it. I called and left a message asking for a refund but have not heard back. The review below from Summer about her mom getting ripped off is totally accurate—I was in the shop during that whole exchange. It was hard hearing them try to charge her $500 for a new oil pan because the drain plug was stripped when it certainly sounded like this was the only shop she ever brought either of her vehicles. She asked for her maintenance records and they couldn’t print anything cause their printer was broken, but also the records didn’t go back very far because they switched systems or something. They told her she could buy the Carfax to get the repair records from their shop… I mean come onnnnnnnn. Don’t go here. Super slimy."

"Very disappointed in their service writer and mechanic who is unable to read a work order. Took truck in for an alignment, oil change and mount two tires for the alignment. Couldn't do the alignment because they can't handle a dulley truck sho just an oil change and the tires swallowed out. Picked it up and drive 20 miles back home just to find out they never did the oil change. Very unprofessional as this is the second time some thing similar has happened with this company. Won't ever take any if my vehicals back to ANY of their shops!"

"Don’t trust them at all. My mom took her car in for an oil change and they told her the drain plug was stripped and she had to replace it when they were the last ones to change the oil and that since her last oil change her brakes were toast and needed to be replaced when they were over 60% at the last one. She took her car into Subaru and the oil pan had been beat on and had to be replaced and the brakes were fine at 50%. They also conveniently didn’t have a record for being the last ones to change the oil and were ready to charge her for it until my dad called them up and then suddenly they agreed to replace it for free but after all these weird reports we don’t trust them anymore and won’t be returning. Before this changed hands it was amazing."
