"Our garage door stopped opening and I called several places that have either never called me back or wanted to schedule me for a week out just to assess the problem. I called Western Garage Doors and Frank answered and asked me a series of questions, I sent him a photo, and he knew immediately what kind of garage door I have and that I had a broken spring. The spring had to be ordered and Frank and Nick came the same day and installed the spring, lubed up everything and even did a quick repair on the weather stripping. The service and communication we experienced was outstanding from start to finish. Frank and Nick did an outstanding job with the repair.
