"I am disappointed in Farenheit. I contacted them about installing a mini-split heat pump/AC. We have a large area, so this would be a significant and expensive project. A representative came out to our house quite promptly and did measurements. He seemed very knowledgeable and we were impressed. He promised an estimate in about a week and we were leaning toward giving them the project if the price was fair. It has now been three weeks. I have called them three times, but have gotten no proposal. I do not consider this responsive."

"Fahrenheit was prompt about responding to our call for service, and I appreciate that. They had to order a part for our old, but efficient heater. The master repairman seemed intent on replacing the system, which I didn't want to do without a second opinion. He pushed hard, but ended up ordering the part. Once the part was here, there was a problem with it. The second part came, but there was a delay in sending out the serviceman with it, so our renter had to live without heat overnight when the temps dropped to 20 degrees. He replaced it the next day, and the heater is working fine. I was astonished at the bill. The $80/hour labor charge knocked the bill out of the ball park for us. I looked up statistics, and the highest labor charges for furnace repair in the country are in Alaska at $29 an hour. Next time, I will call another company."
