"If anyone has had any further damage done after the installation , this man is no where to be found. He has leins against him and a pending felony. Please report to Mesa County Sheriff"
"I’ll give them an extra star for being open on Sunday. However, the igniter he sold me at a 200% markup and assured me would work in my furnace was in fact too short and did not work. Everything is working great now that I contacted a real heating technician who provided the correct part. When I provide my furnace model to an HVAC professional and they provide a part, I don’t want to have to question whether the part is compatible. Luckily, I was preemptively informed that there would be no returns even if it didn’t fit. Almost like he knew it wouldn’t. Very disappointed. I wish I lived in a world where I could trust the integrity of professionals. I guess I don’t."
"I called for an appointment on Aug 29 and was told the service people would be there by 3 o’clock on Aug 30th to fix my air conditioner. When no one showed up by 3:30 I called and them and ask why. the receptionist and said that they decided not to take any new customers. It would have been nice if she would have called me back it told me that when I made the appointment so I could call a different company and not sit in a 90• house waiting for them. I called Hawks air and they were here within an hour."
"Would definitely not recommend for multiple reasons. This was a new build installation in which the HVAC company owner (Nash) installed a smashed air handler. He refused to replace the damaged unit and offered only an extended warranty and no reduction in price. We felt we had no choice but to accept at that point in time as we had already paid the majority of the agreed upon price and needed the project completed. We lined him out at the onset of the project, telling him the plumber would need 6ft of space on a shared bench. His employees only left the plumber 3ft of space. When we brought this to his attention, he admitted the error and agreed to fix it but only ended up leaving 5ft which made it very difficult for the plumber. Throughout the project, my husband had to bring up errors made by his employees such as inappropriately placed drop vents and flex tubes which had not been properly installed or attached. Nash never said anything about additional charges for his employees errors until the last day of the project when demanded we sign a “change order” which required we pay an additional $1,600. We refused to do so. The AC unit worked for two summer months when it started freezing up and no longer cooling the house. Mr. Nash refused to honor the warranty on the contract. We had to hire another company to discover the ducting was so poorly installed that it impeded the airflow, thereby causing the freezing of the line. The above narrative encompasses our experience with Mr. Nash and Comfort Zone Heating and Cooling."
"Comfort Zone installed a multi-head Mitsubishi split unit AC and moved an existing split unit to our basement. Mike and his installation team did an excellent job and were very courteous to my wife and our 6 month old during the install process. They completed the job in the allotted time (though we had to wait another business day for the electricians to do their thing). They listened to and addressed all of my concerns every step of the way and cleaned up after themselves. The job was completed on budget and I was impressed with how the cost of the install undercut the competition (we got multiple quotes from different local companies). I highly recommend Jon and his team."
