"Saturday January 27th, 2024, I was just there at 10:54 and they were closed and locked up. If your hours are until 11pm, you need to stay open until 11pm."
"I usually stop here when in Arvada. It's the most stocked one compared to the others. They will have what you are looking for. Neighboring ones I have found have been quite plain with limited options. Marshall Liquors has an isle for wine, liquor, tequila, caned cocktails, cocktail mixers, cold local and imported beer, tall boys, shooters, vapes, regular juice, I'm sure I'm missing something but they have a lot here. I highly recommend grabbing a taco or burrito from Don Carlos Taco food truck, which is stationed to the left of the liquor store."
"I recently had a profoundly disappointing experience at Marshall Liquors store that I feel compelled to share. I visited the store and was initially denied service by the cashier, who stated it was because of my physical disability. This left me shocked and hurt, as I believe everyone should be treated fairly and equally, regardless of their physical condition. In disbelief, I called a friend to assist with the purchase, and when my friend questioned the cashier about the denial of service, the reason suddenly shifted to a claim that I smelled like weed. This inconsistency in the explanations left me baffled and even more frustrated. Discrimination is not something anyone should encounter when trying to make a simple purchase, and I strongly discourage anyone from patronizing this store. The treatment I received was not only offensive but also inexcusable."
"I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE YOU ZERO STARS. I bought a vape yestarday and it stopped working the next day. I came for a refund or a exchange today and they refused it. I spend 40$ on this vape and also the clerk took my receipt and ripped it up in front of me. That's not okay. I spend my money on a product that stopped working. He had no right to rip my receit either. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I come twice a week for vapes and they treat a regular customer like this. WELL YOU LOST MY BUSINESS."
