Retreat at Patriot Park

"When we first moved here, it seemed perfect but slowly the curtains began to rise to show us the reality of our living situation. Firstly, their is something wrong with the plumbing here. It doesn't matter how many times you do a tub wash for your washing machine, you clothes and towels will always have a smell to them. The dishwasher sometimes will not drain and we had several glasses of water before we realized there is something very close to plastic in our ice cubes. Secondly, I love that people have their fur babies here. What I don't like, is all the skipping and hopping that i have to do to avoid the massive piles their babies leave all over the walkways after an evening stroll. Lastly, and this is the biggest thing. CARS GET ROBBED HERE ALL THE TIME. SO that is already a massive headache, but to add to that, the complex will NOT help the police in any way without a warrant. SO they have cameras everywhere but they wont share the information without being forced to through the court system. SO night after night, cars get broken into and robbed and the complex does nothing to protect the people living here."

"So far, these apartments are great! Buildings were built in 2020 and it definitely shows. New appliances, nice granite counter tops, and a shower that isn’t a cheap vinyl installment. Compared to other options in the area, I 100% recommend Retreat at Patriot Park"

"Completely average apartment. Price is fine for the area and the apartments are still quite new. Office staff is fine. Fees are existent but not ridiculous, accept for the 2500 lease break fee, but that is what it is."
