"New management is the absolute worst. Very unprofessional. Lady at the office just plays games on her cell phone and refers everyone to coorperate. The south entrance door has been broken for several months. which is a safety hazard. Avoid this place at all cost. Un-attended work trucks leaking fluid and an office staff that does nothing but collect a check. if you care about your loved ones avoid these people."

"I so appreciate Tiburon apartments for the service they provided. My family was in dire need of a stable home.And they helped me with just that, The rates are amazing compared to a lot of the other apartments in the area, But it's something about that service I'm so glad I picked here. Thanks again for making me feel home."

"I like living here. Rent is affordable. The new property manager is great. Any maintenance issues get fixed promptly. This is a quiet neighborhood with easy access to public transit if that's needed."

"I lived at these apartments back in 2012 they were ok until we started smelling mold in the bathroom we let maintenance know and they didn't do anything about it! We couldn't figure out where it was coming from exactly until I had a friend tear apart the wall in the shower area! We then told the management about it and they shrugged it off! I hear they've gotten worse since then I don't recommend anyone to move here."
