"When will the out side lights be fixed. One part of the building dose not have security lights I've hurt my self thinking I'm on the landing or side walk. This is very serious and dangerous."

"My time at Urban Edge was great. It’s definitely a community. My neighbors actually knocked on the door to introduce themselves. Now, the previous manager was a bit robotic and not really friendly. Which is why she was replaced. The new manager Sarah is the reason I give this place 5 stars. If you are looking for an affordable studio apartment, in a convenient location this is the place."

"UPDATE: Why do tenants have to pay for gas automatically added to our rent when our units don’t have gas??? I moved in on their move in special of $99 deposit plus 2 months free rent. They screwed up my lease by only documenting in the concessions 1 month . I noticed this error within an hour after signing the lease. They have promised me the proper documentation multiple times but have refused to provide it by ignoring my requests. They also do not allow you to receive mail. They initially blamed it on the post office but that’s not the case at all and the post office will not hold your mail. They will make you pay for a PO BOX even though it’s their fault. I also went 3 months without proper heat. I have everything documented and recorded for future litigations. You’ve been warned!"

"My daughter has been living here since mid Dec 2022. She signed her lease through Diana, who is no longer there. Now it is Jasmine and Tiffany. Since then, now her 3rd full month there, she's encountered issue after issue. Her rent was supposed to be $909 as advertised on FB marketplace, but it is $960. That's just for base rent, then all the fees, parking, maintenance (what maintenance?), and utilities. She is paying around $1100 for a studio. The first month she had sewage back up and almost flow over her bathtub, this happened to multiple residents. Maintenance could not be reached, finally the fire dept had to reach out to someone hours later. Next month she had an ant infestation that needed to be sprayed. Now month 3, she had her car towed even though she paid her parking fee for the month. Her boyfriend was there visiting for only an hour and they tried to tow his car. The trash dumpster is always overflowing, ice not maintained in the parking lot, office personnel is rarely available. This is all after she was supposed to get a move in special that included 2 months free , never happened. Now they are saying that was never part of the terms/concessions (conveniently that Diana is no longer there). That is the only reason this young girl went through with this deal, to get a break and try to get ahead. Residents have go through an app to pay their rent and fees, and it is sketchy and very hard to read. They could make it way easier, but haven't. For a young person just starting to adult, this is the worst place to rent. Stay away!!!"

"I applied online four days ago and paid the application fee. I got an automated email of confirmation from applying. I cannot reach a person to know the status of my application. I left a voicemail but haven't received a call back. When I try the number online there is no voicemail option, it just ends the call. These are nice apartments close to my job but I can't reach a person or see my status online where I applied."
