"If I could leave zero stars I would, first things first this place is infested with cockroaches. It started about a week after I moved in mind I was Told by every Maintenece personal that mine was one of the best taken care of they have ever entered. I am a clean freak with a little one and CARE about how I live. I am absolutely terrified of creepy crawlers. The neighbors are awful and I feel bad for the surrounding beautiful Victorian homes because these Sparta are the bad part of this area. They rob you and act like they have no idea what’s happening . It’s a gross health code violation that is completely non-inhabitable."

"Would give zero stars if I could. This place is an over-priced dump and the management team are a joke. "Lost" my security deposit from the previous owner, black mold, constant roach problems, it was a nightmare. Avoid at all costs (and the cost is high)."
