"Would give them 0 stars. I would advise anyone I know to stay away from this crooked company. They quote rates then swap to higher premiums after you’ve agreed to a policy. They won’t own up to their mistakes and transfer the cost to the customer. My insurance went from $75 a month to $631. Instead of owning up to their mistake they are forcing me to pay the balance and threatened me with sending me to collections if I don’t. I had to cancel the policy but they are still forcing me to pay the higher premium."
