"Basically, it's not the Ritz, but it's comfortable and usually quiet. The long term residents are friendly and supportive, and the pest control is pretty on top of it 99% of the time. I'm a construction detailer, so I found the sloppy prep work for new move ins pretty lazy. I don't know if the new management is better about it. Maintenance is pretty slow but they do have a lot to fix so that's understandable. The front door has about 1/4" gap of sunlight coming through, making particularly rough summers unbearable. The staff are nice, and understanding, but they're dealing with some pretty heavy fallout from the last manager. Overall it's an ok place to live, the laundry is app based so that's cool. It's walking distance from a lot of stores and fast food, and aside from the occasional neighbor in the parking lot who take their LOUD and petty disputes outside my bedroom window at 2AM, you could do a lot worse."

"Theres people here causing problems with other residents friends and saying tgey are starting it. Not true i babysit for someone here and the lady 2 doors downwanted to start stuff with me over cat food that they dont even have. How i no i but the food its hard food or plastic containers not metal"
