"I have enjoyed staying here at Altamira apartments for three years now. It has been a pleasant experience!!! One thing that really stands out about this complex, is how nice the staff members are. Also, I thoroughly enjoy how fast the maintenance guys are about getting the work order done, as fast as possible!!!"

"I’ve lived here for almost a year with my husband and i always try to recommend the altamira to everyone! staff is always super friendly, especially the lady who cleans the club house and ms. Juanita. they keep the parking lot clean, and the laundry rooms as well. Beautiful views, in a nice safe neighborhood and surrounding. I never grew up on the west side but its so nice. About 5 minutes frim manitou and downtown as well. everyone here is so friendly!! especially my neighbors :)!"

"Love my apartment complex for the most part nowhere is perfect but this complex has the quality of management and apartments are decent, old but maintained nicely this is what the high dollar complexes up north should be like. But are not, just do not cause issues and stay to yourself, pay your bills, and you will like it here. If not I am not sure how you will like this place but this is a great place to call home! "This is a great place to live! The grounds are kept immaculate year round, and there are two outdoor pools open in the warmer months that are kept exceptionally clean and swimmable. The apartments are a bit small but very livable, cozy, and immaculately clean. Many residents have dogs, and there are abundant poop stations that are kept tidy and are always stocked with bags to pick up your pups poop. The CLUBHOUSE is fun; it has an awesome gym with plenty machines and weight to go workout, upstairs has lots of tables and chairs which is great for meetings or just hanging out and watching TV that has satellite, if playing pool is your thing there's also a pool table to use. We have the best management/office personnel who are always ready to help and listen to if there's anything you need help with. If there is a maintenance issue, be prepared cause they may just be there the same day to fix it. They are wonderful at responding to requests. If you're looking for a clean, great place to live, ALTAMIRA is it!!"

"Management is timely and respectful. Maintenance requests are usually completed same day, or 24 hours at the most. I had a great experience living here. The grounds were kept clean and staff did a good job keeping amenities (i.e. laundry, pool) in great condition. Appliances in the units are older, but work great (due to good upkeep) and while the walls are thin most of my neighbors were respectful so it wasn't an issue. And management does step in and help if needed."
