"Not a lot of issues, people leave you alone which is great. I've never had a major issue with the building or my unit. Neighbors are fine, some awesome some not so much, so it kinda evens out. You can't get packages because they keep the building locked and the mail services don't have a key, so that kinda sucks."

"You know I really tried to give this place a chance, we moved here to save some money, but it is NOT even worth that. Whole apartment smells like cigarette smoke, the hallways are always resided by homeless people. "Security" is non existent. A laundry room is advertised, but nothing ever works. We got beyond charged for clean up and a cutting board that was supposedly a move in gift when we moved out. Not to mention we always paid our rent on time and never missed a month. Seriously don't move here, it is not worth it."

"Hey! It’s Warm here! A few years ago, about 2017-18, me and my parents moved OUT OF THIS PLACE! I’ve seen it’s been renovated on the outside but I have no idea about the inside. All I can say is THIS PLACE SUCKS!!! I remember living there since 2007, and at first, it was a really nice place to live! Some good neighbors, some bad, but that’s what you expect from anywhere, right? I remember after 2014 passed, things starting getting REALLY bad, though. The neighbors were anything but quiet, beds and other furniture piling up in the hallways, and concerning stains showing up in tons of different places! Right before we left, homeless people starting living under the stairwell near the entrance. Management never did anything about it, and it kept getting worse and worse. All in all, I recommend this as a very temporary home."

"Place was alright to live in and was convenient to my work, but it was a disaster when it came to moving out. When I lived there in 2015 I paid a whole months rent for security deposit which is alright but at the end they said I destroyed everything in the apartment. Even when I had a move in/out statement showing all everything that was wrong with the place before and after. They took the whole deposit and put a claim that I owed even more money, so they put a mark on my rental history for them just trying to maintain their below average living appearance. Living there was all right buy having to leave the place was totally not even living in there apartments. HORRIBLE "Business" /Apartment management."

"Living here sucked. My wife and I moved here as our first apartment and it was a mistake. There was a time where we couldn't use our water for over a month due to a huge plumbing problem. I wasn't upset at the plumbing problem, it's an old building so they probably needed it, but management didn't help us at all. They simply expected us to live without the ability to wash dishes or even shower for the duration of the problem, and they still charged full utilities! They shut off our shower again about a month later, then forgot that our shower needed fixing. The whole thing was supposed to be a two day project but it ended up lasting over a week (again no shower). I am fed up with how they treated us as tenants."
