"I've been here for almost a month so far and LOVE IT! Maggie was amazing from the tour to helping with my move in questions and Eric is great with the response times and just getting everything answered! I love my apartment - it looks exactly like the unit I saw when I toured. I haven't had any maintenance requests to have input about that. I love my view and have not had any issues with neighbors - it is super peaceful all hours of the day and night."

"So far me and my husband out loving our apartment at this complex. All of the managers have been extremely helpful and nice. The views at this complex are great and it also is very quiet and not noisy. Definitely dog friendly they have a dog park on site. Also has covered parking that you have to pay extra for a month but it honestly is worth it so your vehicle doesn’t get damaged from snow or hail."

"I lived at this property for a little over a year, I loved my apartment and outside of gun shots and a few cars having their gas tanks drilled, there really were no major issues. I moved in when a different management company had it and they were amazing. Fast forwarding, I ran into a financial hardship right before being diagnosed with breast cancer, had one month that I was late, really late on rent. I got a new position in Denver and driving back and forth to Denver just wasn't doable for me. Maggie the assistant manager gave me options, either a $2000 reletting fee OR find a "roommate" to add to the lease then remove myself, no fee for that, I went with that option. Found a military lady, who was driving in for Florida, she needed something ASAP. It was perfect! The DAY I was getting the money order, I was told they wouldn't accept the money, they wanted an extra $1500 and refused to allow the "roommate" . Apparently this was per Amanda, I've never spoke to her about anything, she only liked perky blondes and men that worked out, I've seen her interact with only those residents during the pool party. Anyhow then Maggie stated my account would go to Corporate and I could set up payment plan, I have a perfect rental history and I wanted to keep it that way. Well Maggie LIED, it was sent to a horrible collections agency, they have physical threatened me, they're super hostile. I've never not wanted to pay rent, I was the perfect tenant, noooo problem at all. So IF you live here, get EVERYTHING in writing because Maggie is a liar. Ultimately what they wanted was to remodel my apartment and hike up the rent."

"This place is only nice on the surface. Everything in your apartment will break. Cars are always being broken into in the parking lot. They can afford security but will not get it. Rent is high with a ton of hidden fees. It's 2023 and there is a $60 fee to pay your rent online. They change the insurance policy then charged people for noncompliance with little to no warning. I submitted paperwork for altered use. I am a disabled vet who needed prompt responses, as the papers pertained to my mental health. They took 8 months of a 12 month lease to deny my paperwork. Do not move here. Quick update: If you try to post something negative on their website they review it first and never let it go up. My "content was denied". So you can't trust the discussions on their site. Update 2: When you turn in your intent to vacate, they refuse to set up a walk through any day before your move out date. That gives you no chance to correct the issues at time of walk through. They just keep revealing more and more predatory business practices. Update 3:When we finally moved out of this place we waited 2 months and never heard about our deposit. When called, they told us we owed them money. They had charged twice for my final utilities bill and the regular $15 common area water bill was changed to $92 for the last month. If you are going to risk living here make sure you check you paperwork and keep copies and payment conformation. This place is out to screw people over, there is a reason they have no long standing tenants. Not to mention while living here I was asked to be interviewed by Fox news about how bad the conditions are. The only good reviews for this place either say "the maintenance team is good" they are, and the other ones all say, "I haven't lived here very long.""

"This place is absolutely horrible and I have never had a worse renting experience. We had so many issues with the “Newley renovated” apartments. 1.) We had a water leak from the outside that left us without being able to use part of our bedroom for over 2 months as the carpet was pulled and the drywall ripped out. The first week of the leak they had a dehumidifier in the room and it was sealed which forced us to sleep in the living room and they did not provide any accommodations. Also smelled horrible for about two weeks from all the wet carpet. 2.) Once they went to fix the drywall they broke our dresser and took over two weeks for them to do anything about it. 3.) We had yet another leak from upstairs of an apartment they were renovating. Yet again it took them a month to fix the drywall were very rude about the whole situation. Overall the apartments look nice from the outside but are garbage and for the price absolutely ridiculous. The maintenance team is nice and everyone else is rude except for Erick only person that seems to have any kind of compassion."
